Stories of Water, Stories in Water showcases artists offering love letters in the form of visual and performance stories, myths, metaphors, and facts to the bodies of water (i.e. oceans, lakes, and rivers) that permeate our planet, and ourselves. They are meant to conjure reverence and respect for the bodies of water that sustain all of us living beings on our only planet.

Imagine sailing on the Bay enjoying you time in a small sailboat. Water spraying over the bow while you take a turn under the Golden Gate Bridge, salt water on your lips as you adjust the rigging. Flying across the blue waters, your Soul yelling in the wind as your craft speeds past the Embarcadero. Working your muscles as you turn the boat around to do it all again. Sailing classes as a teen in our Bay waters are one of the best memories. Being on the water is almost as much fun as being in the water. Curated by Irene Iwbawa & Manon
